Worthington at gasworld conference in Kiev

Between the 20th and 22nd of May Worthington Cylinders GmbH participated in the CEE Gas World Conference "East meets West" conducted in Kiev, Ukraine. The event gathered  around 120 local and foreign participants coming from across the region. The conference addressed several issues. The regional companies currently operate an under-valued industrial gas sector and are driven by a need to modernise ageing gas equipment. The issues of the transformation and technologies innovations were tackled by the industry leading vendors in the sections of standards, gas producing technologies, bulk and cylinder operations. Being the only cylinder manufacturer attending the event, Worthington shared its expertise in manufacturing high pressure seamless steel cylinders. Its CEE area sales manager Andrey Ruban delivered a presentation "Strategies for Upgrading Cylinder Assets". The event turned out to be the great platform not only to create awareness of the issues that the CEE cylinders market is facing, but also to underline values that Worthington can offer to its customers today in the region.
