Customer Survey 2009

As last year Psychonomics currently conducts a customer satisfaction survey concerning the suppliers of gas cylinders. It is the aim of this survey that your requirements and expectations of these suppliers can be fulfilled better in the future. This questionnaire is submitted to several persons in your company in order to include the perspectives of the different functions. The survey will take maximum 15 minutes. As a matter of course, your data are processed with complete anonymity. However, new this year is that – if you explicitly wish – you can reveal your identity in order we can react directly to your feedback. Data protection regulations are of course strictly adhered to. Customers will be invited to participate via e-mail as from middle of May.
